Ben is a 16.2 pacing bred standardbred found at an auction in BC, Canada. Born on April 15, 2008, his registered name is Conceptionbydesign and also goes by the name Dansey, as was his name when he was at J & M Acres Rescue. He raced at the pace a few times, and was not at all successful.

The owner of the rescue told me that when she was at auction, she had to choose from so many displaced Standardbreds- and chose him because of his personality. I'm so glad she did! He's got a great mind, like so many Standardbreds do. He is the perfect OTSB poster child, and will prove how awesome standardbreds are!
